1. METALWORK:
Quality Collision Repair provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY on all metalwork, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made while the present owner stated herein owns the vehicle unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
2. PAINTING, STRIPES, AND DECALS:
Quality Collision Repair provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY on painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation, and a one (1) year warranty on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding defects, which are caused by extreme environmental conditions, to which the vehicle may be exposed. The Shop will, at its own option, re-prime, repaint, re-stripe, or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby, excluding rust repairs. Paint warrantee is valid only when applied over original factory finishes that are free of defect.
3. MECHANICAL REPAIRS:
Quality Collision Repair provides a one (1) year LIMITED WARRANTY on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage, excluding suspension, air conditioning, or other electrical assemblies or components. The Shop will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within one (1) year of the effective date stated herein unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
4. PARTS:
Quality Collision Repair provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY, unless the manufacturing warranty is less, on NEW OEM and A/M parts installed by or at the Shop, excluding suspension, air conditioning, or other electrical assemblies or components. (Please Note: Shop warranty does not exceed the manufacturing warranty.) The Shop will repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made while the present owner stated herein owns the vehicle unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
NOTE: All of the above warranties are void if our recommended procedures, labor rates, and specified parts were not used in the repair of the vehicle. We may, at our discretion, warranty the labor for a period based on the labor rate paid.
